- eggs - 10 item
- milk
- grated cheese - 3/4 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- sausage
- dry mustard optional - 1 item
- minced onion optional - 1 item
- slices decrusted bread - 10 item
How to make cheese souffle:
Butter decrusted bread. Place bread slices in 10 x 15-inch pan. Mix eggs and milk. Season and pour over bread. Sprinkle browned and drained sausage over cheese. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Low Carb.
