Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- shredded raw carrots - 1 c
- to 5 medium yellow squash, peeled and sliced - 4 item
How to make yellow squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion 5 minutes in water. Mix together soup and sour cream. Fold in shredded carrot, squash and onion. Melt oleo in saucepan. Spread 1/2 stuffing mix in bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Pour vegetable mixture over stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Low calorie, Cheese.
