Ingredients/Components
- refried beans - 1 c
- bag - 36 round
- shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese about 4 oz - 1 c
- prepared hot red salsa - 1/2 c
How to make nachos:
Preheat broiler. Spread beans over chips. Top with mound of cheese. Arrange single layer on large baking sheet. Broil about 4-inches from heat until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
