- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- sausage - 1 lb
- frozen hash brown patties - 1 pkg
How to make hash brown casserole:
Defrost hash brown patties and crumble them in 9 x 13-inch pan, about 3/4 to 1-inch deep. Brown the sausage and spread over the hash browns. Grate or shred the cheese and spread over sausage. Beat eggs with milk and pour over cheese layer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 400° until bubbly, about 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
