Crock-pot macaroni and cheese
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- macaroni - 16 oz
How to make crock-pot macaroni and cheese:
Cook macaroni; grease crock-pot. Place 1/2 of macaroni in crock-pot. Add 1 cup of cheese, rest of macaroni and rest of cheese on top. Mix eggs and evaporated milk. Salt and pepper. Cut butter and place into cheese and macaroni. Pour eggs and milk over mixture, then pour milk to the top. Cook 1 hour on high, then on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Elbow macaroni.
