Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- pecans, finely chopped - 1 c
- small Philadelphia cream cheese - 2 item
- clove garlic, chopped very fine - 1 item
How to make cheese rolls:
Cream the cream cheese. Add nuts and garlic. Roll in 2 long rolls. Mix paprika (2 to 3 tablespoons) and chili powder (3 tablespoons). Sprinkle on wax paper. Roll cheese balls in mixture, wrap and chill. Slice and place on Ritz crackers or corn chipsRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Lunch/snacks, Cheese.
