Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 16 oz
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 32 oz
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- cayenne - 2 tsp
- jalapeno, finely chopped - 1 item
How to make cheese rolls:
Allow cheese to soften 3 to 4 hours. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Form into logs or balls. Usually makes 8 logs. Roll in chili powder. May be frozen.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Lunch/snacks, Cheese.
