  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • green pepper, finely chopped - 1/4 c
  • medium white sauce - 2 c
  • cooked noodles - 6 c
  • pimento, finely chopped - 1/4 c

How to make cheese noodles:

Mix eggs with white sauce; add cheese and blend. Pour over noodles and mix lightly. Add pimento and green pepper and blend. Bake 35 to 40 minutes over water.
