Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 tsp
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 oz
- chopped pecans in which to roll cheese ball - 1/2 1
How to make cheese balls:
Mix all ingredients real well. Shape into ball or 2 small balls. Roll completely in chopped pecans. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
