Pineapple cheese ball
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- pineapple slices - 1 item
- cherries - 1 item
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Let cheese stand and soften. Cream it and stir in pineapple. When smooth, add 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onions and seasoned salt. Chill well. Form into ball and roll in remaining pecans. (Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons parsley flakes with pecans prior to rolling.) Chill. Garnish with twists of pineapple, cherries and parsley.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
