Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- green onions, chopped - 4 item
- sherry - 1 Tbsp
- bacon - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar - 1 c
How to make cheese bacon puffs:
Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Combine with rest of ingredients. Season to taste. Chill overnight. Spread on Melba rounds. Broil until bubbly. Makes 50 puffs.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, For large groups, Appetizers.
