  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • green onions, chopped - 4 item
  • sherry - 1 Tbsp
  • bacon - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar - 1 c

How to make cheese bacon puffs:

Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Combine with rest of ingredients. Season to taste. Chill overnight. Spread on Melba rounds. Broil until bubbly. Makes 50 puffs.
