  • eggs - 2 item
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • grated American cheese - 1 c
  • can sliced pineapple, chopped - 1 item

How to make cheese and pineapple salad:

Cook first 5 ingredients until thick and cool. Note: Save juice off sliced pineapple and use for your 1 cup pineapple juice. Add pineapple to cooked mixture and top with grated cheese.
