- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cashews - 1 c
- boneless chicken, cubed - 1 lb
- cornstarch, dissolved in 4 Tbsp - 2 Tbsp
- small onion, cubed - 1 item
- oil for stir-frying - 2 Tbsp
How to make cashew chicken:
