  • salt - 3/4 Tbsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • lemon juice - 1/2 c
  • honey - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chicken, cut in pieces - 2 3

How to make honey chicken:

Shake chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake chicken in pan at 400° for 20 minutes. Add glaze (honey and lemon) for at least 1/2 hour.
