Chicken piccata
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- unsifted flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- lemon juice from bottle - 3 Tbsp
- chicken breast halves, quartered - 4 item
- chicken instant bouillon or 2 chicken broth cups - 2 tsp
How to make chicken piccata:
Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture. In skillet, brown chicken in margarine. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water; add with remaining lemon juice to skillet.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
