Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• grated carrots - 3 c
• nuts - 1 c
• stick butter - 1 item
• self-rising flour - 2 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
• Mazola oil - 1 c

How to make carrot cake:

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Icing:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla1 stick butter1 c. nuts Cream butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and sugar. Beat until creamy and add nuts.
