- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- nuts - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
- Mazola oil - 1 c
How to make carrot cake:
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Icing:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla1 stick butter1 c. nuts Cream butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and sugar. Beat until creamy and add nuts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
