- stick margarine - 1 item
- grated carrots - 3 c
- nuts - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- Mazola oil - 1 c
- Add eggs, one at a time and beat well
How to make carrot cake:
Mix dry ingredients Add oil and stir well. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Add carrots. Bake in 3 layer cake pans at 350°.Icing:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 box confectioners sugar1 c. nuts2 tsp. vanilla Cream together cream cheese and margarine.
