  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • Mazola oil - 1 c
  • Add eggs, one at a time and beat well

How to make carrot cake:

Mix dry ingredients Add oil and stir well. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well. Add carrots. Bake in 3 layer cake pans at 350°.Icing:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 box confectioners sugar1 c. nuts2 tsp. vanilla Cream together cream cheese and margarine. Add sugar, nuts and vanilla.
