- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Mazola oil - 1 c
- Mix in oil
How to make carrot cake:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Mix in oil. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add carrots. Cook 35 minutes at 350°.Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla flavoring1 c. chopped pecans Mix well together; put between layers.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
