Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- popped corn - 4 qt
- white syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Combine all ingredients but the soda and popcorn; boil 5 minutes. Mix in the soda and pour mixture over popcorn that is on a cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 250°. Stir occasionally.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
