Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- popped corn - 8 qt
- white syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel popcorn:
Boil brown sugar, margarine, syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Add soda and vanilla. Pour this over corn and stir. Bake in oven for 1 hour (250°); stir every 15 minutes. Put in sealed container and it will keep a long time.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
