Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- popped corn - 15 c
- white corn syrup - 1/4 c
How to make caramel corn:
Heat oven to 200°. Place popcorn in roasting pan. In medium pan on stove heat brown sugar, margarine, white corn syrup and salt to bubbling boil. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Stir in soda then mix into popcorn and place in oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
