Ingredients/Components
- popped corn - 3 qt
- white sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- syrup - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 tsp
How to make caramel corn:
Mix syrup, vinegar, salt and butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Boil gently until the mixture reaches the hard crack stage in water (290°).
