- red beet juice with salt
- vinegar
- sugar - 1/4 c
- hard-boiled eggs, peeled - 8 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Mix juice, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Remove and cool. Soak eggs in juice 12 to 24 hours. Remove from juice and serve. Delicious anytime.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
