One pot spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- pkg - 10 oz
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- reduced sodium soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- sesame oil - 1 Tbsp
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- grated fresh ginger - 1 Tbsp
- large shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 lb
- scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces - 3 item
- peppers green, red and/or yellow, cut into strips - 3 item
How to make one pot spaghetti:
Combine broth, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and sugar; set aside. In large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add shrimp; cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp just start to turn pink, about 3 minutes. Transfer to plate with slotted spoon. Reduce heat to medium. Add scallions, ginger and garlic to skillet. Cook until scallions soften slightly, about 1 minute. Add peppers; cook, stirring frequently, until just tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in broth mixture. Add shrimp. Bring to simmer.
