- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- pimiento, diced - 2 Tbsp
- onion, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
- large mushrooms - 16 item
- 75 oz
How to make ham stuffed mushrooms:
Wash mushrooms. Finely chop stems and onion. Saute in butter until tender, but not browned. Add ham, bread crumbs and pimiento. Stir until combined and crumbs are soft. Place mushroom caps in buttered baking dish; spoon ham mixture into caps. Bake, covered, at 375° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Mushroom.
