- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tomato sauce - 1 can
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- chopped cabbage - 6 c
- uncooked long grain rice
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
- stewed tomatoes - 1 can
- Cajun seasoning - 1 tsp
How to make cajun cabbage:
In a large Dutch oven, brown ground beef. Add onions and green pepper; cook until the onions are transparent. Add the rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, seasonings and cabbage.
