Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- hot pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp
- chicken breast halves - 4 item
- garlic - 1/2 tsp
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 1/2
How to make parmesan chicken:
Bake chicken in covered dish at 425° for 15 minutes; drain. Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, garlic and pepper sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Pour sauce over chicken and cover with cheese. Bake 5 minutes, uncovered. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
