- bacon strips - 1/2 lb
- salt and pepper or garlic salt - 1 item
How to make rolled flank steak:
Pound flank steak to tenderize several hours before cooking. Score steak in diagonal cuts. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper or garlic salt and parsley.Cook bacon strips until medium done. Place strips lengthwise on the steak and roll it up, starting at the narrow end. Slice the roll in 1-inch rounds. Barbecue on the grill 15 minutes, turn once.
