- head cabbage - 1 item
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- onion - 1 Tbsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- buttered bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make cabbage casserole:
Cook cabbage in salt water until tender. Drain and place in casserole dish. Mix and cook next four ingredients. Add mushroom soup to cooked sauce. Pour sauce over cooked cabbage. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over sauce.Cooking time: 45 minutes. Temperature: 350°. Servings: 12. Casserole size: 9 x 13 x 2-inch.
