- salt - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 1 item
- margarine - 1 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/4 lb
- celery - 1 c
- cabbage, shredded - 2 3
How to make cabbage au gratin:
Cook cabbage in boiling water and salt. Don't overcook. Drain.Combine soup and cheese into cabbage and mix well. Place in buttered baking dish and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 375°.
