  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 2 c
  • eggs, beaten with fork - 4 item
  • crescent rolls push up sides and fill in holes - 1 pkg
  • frozen Swift Premium sausage, thawed and sliced into pennies - 1 pkg

How to make brunch eggs:

Layer. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. May add mushrooms. Only good when hot.
