Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- slices bread, both sides buttered and broken up - 10 item
- sausage, fried, drained well and crumbled - 1 lb
How to make egg bake:
Beat eggs, add milk and mustard; mix well. Butter 9 x 13-inch pan. Place bread and sausage in pan. Pour milk over. Sprinkle cheese over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Casseroles.
