  • diced celery - 1 c
  • rice - 3/4 c
  • jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • boxes broccoli cuts, thawed - 3 item
  • Sauce:1 stick melted butter

How to make broccoli rice casserole:

Sauce:1 stick melted butter1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz2 cans cream of mushroom soup1 soup can milk Saute the celery and onions and add to broccoli and rice. Put all in a 9 x 13-inch buttered dish. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over brocc
