- diced celery - 1 c
- rice - 3/4 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- boxes broccoli cuts, thawed - 3 item
- Sauce:1 stick melted butter
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Sauce:1 stick melted butter1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz2 cans cream of mushroom soup1 soup can milk Saute the celery and onions and add to broccoli and rice. Put all in a 9 x 13-inch buttered dish. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over broccRecipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
