Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 3/4 c
- Minute rice, uncooked - 1 c
- frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
- onion, chopped vary amount for your taste - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Sprinkle rice and onion on bottom of buttered casserole. Add oleo, milk, soup and cheese. Place broccoli on top. Cover. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover. Stir and cook 15 minutes longer. (Could substitute spinach for broccoli.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
