Broccoli rice casserole

- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- rice - 1 c
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- bag broccoli florets - 1 item
How to make broccoli rice casserole:
Saute onion, celery and green pepper in 1 cup margarine. Add broccoli and mushroom soup. Cook rice in 2 cups water, 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon salt for 15 minutes. Add the Cheez Whiz. Mix together in large casserole; top with cheese. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
