Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice - 3 c
How to make broccoli-rice casserole:
Cook broccoli; drain well. Saute onion in margarine until tender. Add soup, milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Stir in rice and broccoli. Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole; bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Rice.
