- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- minced onion - 4 Tbsp
- frozen mixed vegetables
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
For fresh vegetables, cook until tender. For frozen vegetables, cook as directed. Drain and put in bottom of large baking pan. In saucepan, mix soup, onion, cheese and mayonnaise; heat.
