  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • Add other ingredients
  • butter flavoring optional - 1 tsp

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Boil and mash potatoes. Add other ingredients. Put in casserole. Put on topping.Topping:1/3 c. oleo1/3 c. flour1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix and bake at 350° approximately 30 minutes.
