Broccoli casserole

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
• well beaten egg - 1 item
• chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
• shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
• mayonnaise - 1/2 c
• can cream of mushroom soup - 1/2 item
• crushed Ritz crackers - 1/2 c

How to make broccoli casserole:

Mix all ingredients except butter and crackers. Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch pan. Sprinkle cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
