Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • curry powder - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • sliced mushrooms - 8 oz
  • diced, cooked turkey - 2 c
  • poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • cooked noodles

How to make turkey noodle casserole:

Combine turkey, noodles, and peas in a 2 qt. buttered casserole dish. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a saucepan. Saut?© onion and mushrooms; blend in soup, milk, seasonings. Pour soup mixture over meat; top with shredded cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 20-30 minutes.
