Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- curry powder - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 8 oz
- diced, cooked turkey - 2 c
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- cooked noodles
How to make turkey noodle casserole:
Combine turkey, noodles, and peas in a 2 qt. buttered casserole dish. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a saucepan. Saut?© onion and mushrooms; blend in soup, milk, seasonings.
