Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, sliced - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, sliced - 1/4 lb
- to 15 Ritz crackers, crumbled - 12 item
- broccoli frozen or fresh steamed; can also use cauliflower - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli until done; drain. Add to broccoli while hot the cheese and 1/2 stick butter. Melt together 1/2 stick butter and Ritz crackers. Sprinkle on top of broccoli. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
