Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- water chestnuts - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- boxes frozen chopped broccoli or fresh - 2 oz
- herb seasoned stuffing mix, finely crumbled - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli by directions on package until tender; drain. Mix with soup, eggs, mayonnaise, onions and water chestnuts. Add salt and pepper. Pour in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish and cover with cheese and butter. Sprinkle herb stuffing mix on top. BRecipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
