Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- boxes frozen chopped broccoli - 2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Drain cooked broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Add to broccoli and pour into 8 x 4-inch dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
