  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • diced onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
  • grated sharp cheese - 8 oz

How to make potato casserole:

Thaw potatoes about 30 minutes, then mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
