Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
  • frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese sharp - 1 c
  • large or 1 small pkg - 1/2 pkg

How to make broccoli bake:

Cook broccoli; drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion; add to broccoli and put in casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Melt butter or margarine and add to stuffing. Sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
