Ingredients/Components
- broccoli spears, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- mushroom soup - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Blend all ingredients (except cracker crumbs) and fold into broccoli. Place cracker crumbs on top and bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
