Breakfast souffle
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 8 item
- lean pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast souffle:
Fry sausage until crumbly and then drain it. Combine all ingredients and put in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 8 to 10. Ham or bacon can be used instead of sausage.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Oven.
