Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard
  • slices bread, cubed - 3 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 9 item
  • sausage

How to make breakfast souffle:

Brown sausage and drain. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese. Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch pan. Refrigerate overnight if you wish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour. May add mushrooms.
