Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard
- slices bread, cubed - 3 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- eggs, slightly beaten - 9 item
- sausage
How to make breakfast souffle:
Brown sausage and drain. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese. Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch pan. Refrigerate overnight if you wish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour. May add mushrooms.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Oven.
