Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt
- slices bread, cubed - 3 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- eggs, slightly beaten - 12 item
- bulk pork sausage
How to make egg casserole:
Brown sausage and drain well. Mix eggs, milk and salt. Add 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese. Add mushrooms, onions and peppers, if desired. Bake at 350° until egg mixture is set.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
