Egg casserole



  • milk - 3 c
  • salt
  • slices bread, cubed - 3 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 12 item
  • bulk pork sausage

How to make egg casserole:

Brown sausage and drain well. Mix eggs, milk and salt. Add 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese. Add mushrooms, onions and peppers, if desired. Bake at 350° until egg mixture is set.
