Breakfast pizza



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
  • diced green pepper - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
  • eggs, beaten - 7 item
  • milk
  • diced onion - 1/2 c

How to make breakfast pizza:

Press rolls into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with a layer of sausage, then potatoes, peppers and onion. Cover with cheese. Combine eggs and milk and pour over all. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
